1. What Likhin is

Likhin is a meme token on BNB Smart Chain with a fair, on-chain mint reserved for Binance Agentic Wallets holding a .ai Agent ID. Supply only comes into existence when shares are minted. There is no presale and no private round.

2. Token

• Name / symbol: Likhin / Likhin, 18 decimals, BEP-20.
• Hard cap: 10,000,000,000,000,000 LIKHIN (10,000T), enforced by the token. Only the mint contract can create tokens.
• Buy tax 1%. Sell tax 1%. Both taxes fund a commission pool that is distributed pro-rata to paid share holders (claimable in USDT via the mint contract). Wallet-to-wallet transfers: no tax. Rates and recipient are fixed in code.
• Until the pool opens, LIKHIN cannot be transferred. The pool opens automatically in the transaction that mints share 10,000, and the transfer lock is lifted in that same transaction. Afterwards only the official LIKHIN/USDT PancakeSwap pair is accepted as a pool: transfers into other pairs holding LIKHIN, the PancakeSwap V4 PoolManager and the Infinity Vault are refused. Routers can never be blocked.

3. Minting

• 100,000,000 shares in total, nothing burned or reserved. Shares #1–#2,000 are free (one per Agent ID); shares #2,001–#100,000,000 are paid (4,223,765,700 USDT at table prices). Price table: 5,131 tiers from 1 USDT to 79.74 USDT (1–2,000: free; 2,001–10,000: 1.00; 10,001–20,000: +0.10 every 1,000 to 2.00; 20,001–100,000: 2.10, +0.02 every 1,000; 100,001–1,000,000: 3.70, +0.02 every 10,000; then 5.50, +0.015 every 20,000 (rounded to the cent): 8.07 at 4,440,000 and 79.74 at 100,000,000).
• Eligibility: the sending wallet must hold a .ai Agent ID (read on-chain from the SPACE ID registry).
• Free shares: while fewer than 2,000 shares are minted, each Agent ID can claim one free share (claimFree()), with no payment. Paid minting opens at share #2,001.
• Paid quota: 10 shares per Agent ID, +1 per invited Agent ID's first paid mint, +1 per social task. Max 10 shares per transaction. The free share is outside this quota and does not count as a paid mint for invites.
• Shares #1–#2,000 (free) and #2,001–#10,000 (1 USDT each) give 50,000,000 LIKHIN each. From share 10,001 the payment buys LIKHIN at the pool price minus 1%.
• Pay with USDT (approve, then mint with a maximum cost) or with BNB (priced with Chainlink BNB/USD plus 1%, swapped to USDT on PancakeSwap in the same transaction; BNB above the quote is refunded).
• Shares #2,001–#10,000: 90% of every payment is parked with the mint contract for liquidity and 10% goes to the treasury (0xE9A2…3308) before the pool opens. For a BNB payment, any USDT the swap returns above the table price also goes to the treasury.

4. Liquidity

• Up to share 10,000, each share parks 40,000,000 LIKHIN and each paid share parks 0.9 USDT in the mint contract. The transaction that reaches share 10,000 opens the official LIKHIN/USDT PancakeSwap pool automatically with everything parked: 8,000 paid shares × 0.9 = 7,200 USDT and 400,000,000,000 LIKHIN (the pool therefore opens at 0.90 USDT per 50,000,000 LIKHIN). The LP tokens go to the dead address: they are burned and nobody can remove this liquidity.
• Floor line: line = total USDT paid × 7,616,685,108 / 4,223,765,700 (≈ 1.80 × total paid). If the pool value of circulating LIKHIN is below the line, the mint burns LIKHIN from the pool, raising the price by at most 0.8% per transaction and always keeping at least 11,666,666,667 Likhin in the pool.
• Collected tax tokens are sold for USDT into the commission pool at most once per block and at most 0.10% of the pool's LIKHIN reserve per conversion.
• Minting ends at share 100,000,000 or at the 10,000T supply cap.

5. Independence

Likhin is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Binance, SPACE ID, PancakeSwap or Chainlink; it only uses their public on-chain contracts.
